Beginning to Lead Others
Stepping into leadership at Jubilee is an exciting opportunity to participate in making a lasting impact on people’s lives and God’s kingdom. It’s a chance to grow in your own faith while helping others discover their purpose and walk closer with Jesus. As current leaders, we have the privilege of developing and equipping others to step boldly into this calling. Our process is designed to develop the character and competencies required to lead others well.

Beginning to Lead Leaders
Each level of leadership has specific skill sets and character traits that must be mastered in order to have the full range of expertise that role requires. As leaders show their ability to master those skills and character traits, opportunity to grow into new levels of leadership can occur. These resources are designed to help lose leading others grow into those who can lead leaders.

As a part of our continued commitment to developing the leadership gifts in others, our coaches lead monthly 15 minute huddles to help their current leaders grow in the skills necessary to lead others well. Please utilize these resources to help lead those huddles.
